A FREE service, i.e. no fee is directly or indirectly charged to customers of O'Donnellan and Joyce Financial Services Ltd for any advice given.  Should one apply for a mortgage and draws down on this mortgage, it is the bank who provides the mortgage that pays O'Donnellan and Joyce Financial Services Ltd their fee.

O'Donnellan and Joyce Financial Services Ltd deal with 10 different financial institutions.  Therefore a customer can compare one bank's rates versus another's.  Also if one bank refuses an application for a mortgage, there is also a possibility that another will agree to the loan.

O'Donnellan and Joyce representatives are available to discuss one's mortgage and relevant application seven days a week, during and outside normal office hours.

Customers of O'Donnellan and Joyce Financial Services Ltd can be met at our offices at 5 Mary St, Galway at one's place of work or in the comfort of their own home.

O'Donnellan and Joyce Financial Services Ltd will advise you of (a) the amount of a mortgage you'd qualify for; (b) the monthly repayments of same and (c) the paperwork required in order to make a formal application.
